NULITE Pioneer Series, identified as Pilot I Series in the supplied PDF filename, is a 3-in-1 monobloc air-source DC inverter heat pump. The refrigerant circuit and water heat exchanger are housed in one outdoor enclosure, so the building is connected by a hydronic loop without a separate indoor refrigerant module. Six R410A models cover a modulating heating-output range from 2.8 to 40 kW.
Functions and control
The system supports heating, cooling, domestic hot water, heating plus DHW, and cooling plus DHW. Wi-Fi provides remote control access. Rated water temperatures are 55 °C for DHW, 45 °C for space heating, and 12 °C for cooling.
Key features
- Mitsubishi twin-rotary inverter compressor and full-DC fan motor.
- SWEP plate heat exchanger and electronic capacity control.
- Ambient operation from −25 to +43 °C.
- IPX4 enclosure, water-flow protection, antifreeze logic, high/low-pressure protection, discharge-temperature protection, and compressor-overload protection.
- Built-in Wilo RS25/8 pump through model NL-BKDX60-220II/R; the pump arrangement for larger sizes is confirmed during engineering.
- Built-in 2- or 5-litre expansion vessel depending on model.
Applications
- Private homes, cottages, villas, and townhouses.
- Hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments.
- Offices, shops, restaurants, and small public buildings.
- Underfloor heating, fan-coil, buffer-tank, and DHW-cylinder systems.
- New buildings and retrofit low-temperature heating projects.

Selection and integration
Selection is based on the heating load at design ambient temperature, supply-water temperature, cooling demand, and domestic-hot-water volume. Rated water flow increases from 1.7 to 7 m³/h. The first four models use DN25 connections; NL-BKDX80-300II/R and NL-BKDX100-400II/R use DN32. The smallest model is single-phase; selected mid-range sizes are shown with single- or three-phase options, while the larger models use 380–415 V three-phase power.

Technical values are based on the manufacturer's table. Actual output and efficiency depend on ambient and water temperatures, flow rate, hydronic design, and installation conditions. Pioneer Series is the name printed on the PDF cover; Pilot I Series appears in the supplied filename.
