NULITE EN is a range of storage heat pump water heaters that combines the air-source heat pump, enamel tank, heat exchanger, controls, and backup electric heater in one vertical cabinet. This all-in-one arrangement is intended for facilities requiring autonomous and energy-efficient domestic hot water without a separate outdoor unit.
Model range and output
The series comprises NL-FR1.0/EN150, NL-FR1.0/EN200, NL-FR1.0/EN250, and NL-FR1.0/EN300. Their enamel storage tanks hold 150, 200, 250, and 300 L respectively. The manufacturer's table lists 1.8 / 1.8 / 3.0 / 2.45 kW heating output and 39 / 39 / 64 / 52 L/h hot-water production.
Rated outlet-water temperature is 55 °C and the listed maximum is 75 °C. Every model uses a single-phase 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply and incorporates a 2 kW auxiliary electric heater. The backup heater can cover peak demand and support water heating when compressor output alone is insufficient.

Energy-efficient hot-water production
The heat pump collects low-grade heat from ambient air and transfers it to the stored water. The brochure claims electricity savings of up to 75% compared with a conventional electric water heater. Actual savings depend on ambient temperature, hot-water consumption, the temperature setpoint, backup-heater operation, and distribution losses.
The specified ambient operating range is −7 to +45 °C. Rated compressor-circuit input is 470 W for the two smaller models, 805 W for the 250 L model, and 623 W for the 300 L model. The stated sound level is no more than 48 dB(A) for 150–250 L units and no more than 51 dB(A) for the 300 L version.
Tank, heat transfer, and protection
- Enamel storage tank in 150–300 L sizes.
- External heat-exchange coil with broad contact and a thermally conductive bond.
- Evaporator with hydrophilic aluminum fins.
- Electronic expansion valve and centrifugal fan.
- Digital display controller with touch buttons; the brochure also presents Wi‑Fi functionality.
- Water/electricity separation and high/low-pressure, discharge-temperature, over-current, high-temperature, antifreeze, and water-pressure protection.
- Powder-coated galvanized-steel cabinet with IPX4 protection.

Applications
- Detached houses, cottages, villas, and townhouses.
- Apartments where a suitable service room is available.
- Guesthouses, small hotels, and holiday facilities.
- Staff showers and welfare rooms at small businesses.
- Salons, fitness facilities, small cafés, and other regular DHW users.
- Replacement of an electric storage heater to reduce operating costs.
Selection and installation
Tank volume should be selected from daily and peak demand, the number of users and outlets, and the acceptable recovery time. The 150 and 200 L models use G1/2" connections, while the 250 and 300 L versions use G3/4" connections. Overall height ranges from 1470 to 2000 mm and diameter is 570 or 640 mm, so the room height, access doors, delivery route, and service clearances must be checked before ordering.
Installation requires a stable base, safe condensate drainage, suitable room ventilation, pressure-relief provisions, allowance for thermal expansion, and compliant electrical protection. Final placement and hydraulic connections must follow the project design and the manufacturer's manual.
Specifications are based on the supplied manufacturer brochure. Claimed savings and actual output depend on operating conditions. Final model selection requires a domestic-hot-water demand calculation and installation review.
