NULITE EP-KM is a range of cassette fan coil units for hydronic heating and air-conditioning systems. The working section is installed above the suspended ceiling, leaving a decorative panel in the room to distribute air in four directions. This arrangement keeps walls clear and provides broad air coverage from a central ceiling location.
Model range and capacity
The range includes EP-34KM, EP-51KM, EP-68KM, EP-85KM, EP-102KM, EP-136KM, EP-170KM, EP-204KM, and EP-238KM. Rated cooling capacity is 1.98–12.6 kW and rated heating capacity is 2.987–18.9 kW. Three fan speeds provide airflow from 180 to 2380 m³/h, supporting both rapid pull-down and quieter operation.
Units are grouped into 580×580, 720×720, and 830×830 mm chassis, each 290 mm high. Decorative panels measure 650×650, 800×800, and 950×950 mm. Ceiling module, available void height, lighting, sprinklers, and duct routes should be checked before selection.
Hydraulics and controls
Water flow extends from 0.42 to 1.92 m³/h and hydraulic resistance from 7 to 35 kPa. The brochure specifies a ZG3/4″, DN20 connection. Units use a single-phase 220 V, 50 Hz supply and can be operated by infrared remote or wired controller.

Selection and installation
Selection is based on sensible and total cooling load, water temperatures, airflow, acoustic criteria, and ceiling height. Design must include supply and return piping, balancing and isolation valves, insulation, correctly sloped condensate drainage, and service access for the filter, drain pan, and coil.
